The 18th Annual Victoria College Halloween Carnival is from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the Victoria College Student Center, 2200 E. Red River St. The annual carnival is organized by the Victoria College Student Activities Office. It is free and open to the public.

The roundup includes a branding activity and registration for the Statewide Cattle Dipping Vat Inventory, along with news and information about the museum's exhibits and the chance to visit with other area ranchers.
