tooter

Tooter is a hunk!  He's a white lab with dark eyes and the cutest nose ever.  Tooter weighs 23 pounds and is going to be a big dog when grown.  We can totally see him taking trips, relaxing on a pier, etc. Someone found Tooter in Port Lavaca...
