April 1, 2013 "...on certain types of medication!" I've been using that line for years (even though I am not currently on any medication)! But the "old" version of that saying must be true, because today (April 1, 2013) marks my six month anniversary as your humble Morning Show Host on KIXS 108! I really don't know where the time has gone!
March 21, 2013 Amateur ("Ham") radio operators from all over will converge on the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds (4200 Highway 36, Rosenberg, Texas) for the Greater Houston Hamfest Saturday, March 23rd. Ham radio is a great hobby, as well as a means of emergency communications when other systems fail. Presented by the Brazos Valley Amateur Radio Club, this is the 2nd largest hamfest in Texas!

Swift's kitten, Meredith, also perks her furry little ears in excitement when she hears her mommy's tunes radiating from the radio.
November 1, 2012 Well, I've made it to 1 month on the new KIXS 108 Morning Show! And Nov. 21st will mark 32 years since I did my first overnight shift on KNGS-AM ("Kings Country 62")/Hanford, CA...the start of my career in radio. What a ride, so far! And sometimes I feel like I'm just getting started!
