Just days after admitting herself into rehab for stress management, LeAnn Rimes has filed a lawsuit with the L.A. County Superior Court against Kimberly and Lexi Smiley, two woman who allegedly recorded a conversation with Rimes in an effort to create a smear campaign against the singer.
Justin Moore is being sued by a Nashville songwriter over the singer’s 2009 single ‘Backwoods.’ Bobby Carmichael has filed a federal lawsuit against Moore, claiming that the country hitmaker stole the song from him.
