February 21, 2012 It's official. Keith Urban is a beach bum. It's always interesting to find out what your favorite country stars like to do with their spare time. I don't think Keith has had a lot of spare time lately, and he's missing the beach in Australia.
What can we say? When the DIY-laced, fashion-forward, recipe-stocked pin craze of Pinterest began, we never thought we’d be reporting that male country music stars would be getting in on the action. But Pinterest has taken on a new role of late, serving as just another social media outlet where artists can do what has become so vital these days: connect with their fans. Perhaps this is why New-Zealand born Aussie Keith Urban just added his name to the list of pinners you can follow with his new Pinterest page.
Keith Urban is one of 10 country stars on the ‘Act of Valor’ soundtrack, available for purchase on Feb. 21. His song ‘For You’ is the lead track on the album and is available to preview now at iTunes.
January 25, 2012 Not only is Keith Urban a great guitar player, singer, and songwriter, but, apparently, he's a good whistler, too! I'm not talking about walking down the street whistling a song... I'm taliking more in terms of a "coach's" or "referee's" whistle.

January 11, 2012 I can remember a time when putting a country song in a movie would have been unthinkable. My, how times have changed.
Keith Urban recently had surgery on his vocal chords to remove a polyp. It's been close to a month now that he was ordered to rest that voice and the next time to test it out will be in Austin!
October 24, 2011 I love all kinds of music, especially country music, but I really like the guitar slingers. These are the guys that, not only sing and write really well, they also play guitar like they're from another planet.
