The Crossroads Chapter of the Reguladores LEMC will host a fun run and live auction Saturday to benefit the children of Devereux.  The event will include a designated ride through the countryside ending with a live auction of donated items and artwork created by the children of Devereux.

Hallettsville Golf Course will host the 15th annual HGA Scholarship Tournament in memory of David "Goon" Michalec Saturday at 10am. The format will be a one-person scramble and flights will be assigned according to handicap. The entry fee is $65 per player, with two mulligans included.

It's that time of year! Time to put in that spring/summer garden. Here is a chance do learn how to do it right... especially if you're putting in a 'container' garden. Anne McReynolds of Devereux Gardens is presenting a program on container gardening at 7pm this evening at 411 N. Wells Street in Edna. She will also bring flowers and vegetables to purchase.

The Victoria County Aggie Moms Club is holding its 4th Annual 5K Fun Run/Walk on March 28th in Riverside Park. The race begins at 8 am in the stadium parking lot.

The event includes a 1 mile walk/run for kids and adults for $25 per person and a traditional 5K fun run/walk for $30 per person.

The 'Polo and Western Art Sale' will be the kick-off to the annual Polo at McFaddin event on March 21, gates open at 12:30 p.m. This event will showcase five of the country's top Western artists who have generously agreed to donate 30 percent of their sales to the Nave Museum.
