“Light Up The Heavens” Tuesday Evening
This is event is to draw attention to traumatic brain injury awareness with a balloon release for people who've had a brain injury, family members and their caregivers. The free event, in Deleon Plaza in downtown Victoria is organized by a mother of a Victoria woman who died from a traumatic brain injury and will feature several speakers.
