Steve Gets His Hands Dirty

We teamed up with McAdams Floral to give a chance to our listeners to WIN a snack basket for their boss. This week is national Boss’s Week.  Here is one of our winners: Steve Witt  of Pioneer Natural Resources. Angel Gabriel submitted his name and this is what she had to say.

"One of the greatest men I have ever met.  He has been my boss for 3 years and it has been great.  He is a supervisor who doesn't mind getting dirty or sweating to get the job done.  Steve has an office that he can sit in all day but choses to go out and help his guys get a job done.  Steve is kind to everyone who walks through the door.  He treats everyone the same.  I have never heard him raise his voice or talk down to an employee.  A year ago we had over 200 employees, now we are down to the last 12 and nothing has changed about Steve.  He comes to work daily with a huge smile which helps make others days bright.  I wouldn't trade Steve for any other boss.  Although the oilfield has slowed down and I know our end is coming.  I will still keep in touch with him.  He definitely deserves to be recognized for being a great boss."
