Spurs Handed Their First Home Loss

Stephen Curry had 37 points and the Warriors beat the San Antonio Spurs 92-86 Sunday night for their 72nd win, tying the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls for the season record.  Not only was this the first home loss for the Spurs this season, it is also the first time Golden State has won in San Antonio since 1997!  LaMarcus had 24 points and Kawhi added 20.  The Spurs record falls to 65-15 which is straight up ridiculous.  The last two games for the Spurs will probably feature rest for their starters as they get ready for what hopes to be a deep post season run.  The Spurs are looking to hang a 6th championship banner this year and their biggest test will be the Golden State Warriors, given that they take care of business in the first two rounds GO SPURS GO!
