What a big, exciting day here in Dallas, Texas! It's been a crazy few days here because of the George W. Bush Presidential Library dedication that took place today.

I watched with such pride as all of our former presidents, and even our current president spoke. I love to visit presidential libraries. I have been to LBJ's in Austin and George H.W. Bush's in College Station. I'd love to visit President Reagan's and President Clinton's, too. I can't wait to visit the latest one of George W's here at home soon.

All former presidents know their policies and legacy will be debated for years. Character is something you either have, or you don't. I thank President Bush for his service, and for his unwavering character.

No matter your political persuasion, I hope we can all look at the presidency with much respect and remember that other nations are looking on. We live in the United States of America. Let's show them it's not just a saying, but a way of life.
