John Wayne Shulz has had an interesting year so far.  At 23 years old from Karnes City he made it into the top 40 where his singing abilitly took him on quite the adventure all the way to Hollywood.  I had an interview with him last month and unfortunately he couldn't sing anything on the air due to American Idol rules.  Tonight you have that chance to see him live as he will be performing tonight at Crossroads Country Opry.

Crossroads Country Opry is held on the 4th Tuesday of every month at the Jaycee Hall beside the Victoria Community Center.  The music starts at 7 and if you get there early you can enjoy a great meal catered by Werners of Shiner.  Tonight on the menu will be roast beef, mashed potatoes, squash casserole, caeser salad, and Easter cake!  The doors open at 5:30 for the meal.

If I were you I would get there early tonight even if you don't plan on eating.  Last week they sold 265 presale tickets and there are only 500 seats available.  It is first come first serve so like I said, get there early.  Hayden James and Ann Boyd will be joining the opry tonight so have fun hearing a lot of your favorite country hits from when you were young and even today's best country music.
