Introducing A Cupcake ATM

What in the world is a cupcake ATM machine?  It is a machine that appears just like an ATM machine but this gives you cupcakes.  You don't withdraw money, instead you give money and scroll through different toppings and walla: you have a cupcake.  Now I'm not sure how many people would actually use something like this but the idea of it is certainly pretty cool.  I want a pizza ATM, or how about an ice cream ATM?
