Art Museum of South Texas Features Ansel Adams Photos

The world in black and white can be beautiful, and the Art Museum of South Texas knows that. Last week, the Corpus Christi museum unveiled its latest exhibit, "Ansel Adams: Western Exposure," an exhibition of 125 of Adams' photos, many of which have rarely been seen in public, according to the Victoria Advocate. The museum is the only one in Texas to display the exhibit, an exhibit curated by Adams' daughter-in-law, Jeanne Falk Adams, and her husband, Michael Adams. The photos chronicle the photographer's relationships and what he held most dear to his heart.

The exhibit will be on display in the Art Museum of South Texas until May 4, 2014. To view the exhibit is free for museum members, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi students and faculty and children under 12, $8 for adults, $6 for 60 and older, $6 for active military and $4 for students 13 and older.
