Hard To Watch: TX Woman Beaten and Robbed By Three Young Females

Cameras at a Houston gas station have captured a grueling scene as not one or two but three young females chase, beat, and steal the purse of a young girl who was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

When you first watch it, it almost seems like the girls are just playing a game as they seem to have smiles on their faces in the camera, but after being chased down and beaten for her purse, the victim can attest... this unprovoked robbery is no joke.

After being chased down the parking lot while waiting for a friend, the 21-year-old victim was forced down to the ground as the three young assailants took turns punching her, pulling her hair, and eventually after the victim loses her grip, stealing her purse.

Houston police are currently searching for the three assailants who hopefully will be easily identified thanks to the clarity of the video provided to police by the gas station security footage. After the robbery, the victim was able to speak to Houston11 and offers details about the robbery on Youtube indicating that she may know two of the three young women who assaulted her. The victim also indicates the attack and robbery were unprovoked.

Sugarland.org offers some great tips for purse snatching prevention with tips like; women think that wearing a shoulder bag with the strap diagonally across their body is a good idea but, in fact, if someone grabs the purse in that position and tries to run with it, it can catch the strap around your neck. Wear it under your clothes they suggest.
