Winning Texas Lottery Ticket Worth $32.3 Million

Sure, I buy a Texas Lottery ticket from time to time, but I've never won more than $2 on a scratch off. I have also played Mega Millions, but never won, or even come close. Somebody won big this week, to the tune of $32.3 million.
