What Do You Think of Proposed Navarro Median?

TxDOT has proposed a Navarro median that would stretch from Airline Rd. to Loop 463.  This stretch of road has 8 of the 10 highest volume intersections in Victoria.  The reason for this proposal is to cut down on accidents on Navarro.  Between 2013-2016 there was a total of 237 reported crashes on Navarro.  Some business owners are concerned that a median will limit access to businesses and will lead to a decline in business.  I remember when the current median was installed on North Navarro, the publics reactions were mixed.  What do you think about this proposed median?
