Victory Auto Group’s Athlete of the Week Peyton McCarrell

Peyton McCarrell, on behalf of Victory Auto Group and all of us here at Townsquare Media, we salute you!

Thanks to Victory Auto Group we get to feature one exceptional Crossroads student who goes above and beyond each week. Whether it's on the field or in the classroom these students, just like Peyton McCarrell is a shining star!

Let's Go Cowboy! 

This weeks Athlete of the Week is Peyton McCarrell who attends Edna High School.

When Peyton is not dominating on the football field as the Edna Cowboys defensive end and offensive tackle , you can find him helping our youth out.

Peyton is the mentor for the Edna Cowboys Youth football Peewee team! 

The peewee team consists of 5 to 7 year- olds! If you know this age group you know it’s a fun age to be around but it can also be tough!

Peyton never once complains when he has to come out help our boys out at practice or when he comes to their Saturday games to be on the field with them coach and pumping them up.

Peyton's fans offer,  "We could not ask for a better athlete for these young boys but not only is he an awesome athlete he also exceeds in the classroom."

We could not ask for a better candidate as a stand out athlete or student!

Peyton will receive a gift card courtesy of Victory Auto Group and will not be eligible to win one of two $1250.00 scholarships from Victory Auto Group as well.
