Victory Auto Groups Athlete of the Week Arissa Carbonara
Crossroads we'd like to introduce you to Victory Auto Group's Athlete of the Week, Cuero Gobbler Senior, Arissa Carbonara.
This young lady is going places!
More precisely, this young lady is going to the University of California Berkeley!
Arissa will be attending Berkeley on a four year scholarship as a distinguished volleyball player!
As a 4-year letterman in Volleyball she has also been selected as an ALL STATE volleyball athlete, and check this out... during her senior year, Arissa had 738 kills which tied her for 21st in the NATION according to MAX PREPS as well as the most kills in CLASS 4A!
She also surpassed the 1500 kills in her career mark!
But wait, there is more...much more!
Arissa doesn't just kill on the volleyball court, she is also an ALL STATE basketball player for the Gobblers with over 40 DOUBLE doubles during her four years on the court in high school too!
Her career on the court?
She has scored over 1400 point and over 1000 rebounds so far.
Arissa not only lettered all four years basketball, this incredible athlete is set to letter all four years in track as well! During the year she played on the Cuero High School softball team, she qualified for play-offs!
Arissa has shown her ability to multi-task as the past President of the Anchor Club, which she is still a member, as well as being the student council treasurer and is currently second in her graduating class!
But she isn't just slaying with her sports teams, she is also a part of a team of scholars as a member of the National Honor Society too.
Wow! Victory Auto Groups Athlete of the Week, Arissa Carbonara really is going places and we can't wait to hear how she is killing it at Berkeley!
