The City of Victoria is Celebrating Its Upcoming Bicentennial with New Year's Fireworks!
We are literally starting the City of Victoria's Bicentennial Year with a BOOM Chicka BOOM and YOU ARE INVITED!
Victoria Texas will host its inaugural New Year’s Eve fireworks show on Dec. 31 at the Riverside Park Special Events Area!
Let's get this party started!
According to The City civic alert which you can read in its entirety here, “Victoria’s bicentennial will be a yearlong celebration of our community, so we’re excited to kick it off by bringing people together for this new event,” said Convention & Visitors Bureau Director Joel Novosad. “We hope that residents will continue to join us for this new yearly tradition," he adds.
If you don't think there is anything to do in the Crossroads, you better be here to celebrate!!!
The City civic alert also offers that attendees will be able to visit food trucks and vendors at the Special Events Area starting at 6 p.m
The fireworks show will begin at 9 p.m. and the City of Victoria hopes you will be there to help celebrate!
If you are not able to make it out, the City has also made arrangements to be live-streamed on the City of Victoria's Facebook page.
