Victoria Parks and Rec to Hold Public Meeting

The Parks and Recreation Department will conduct a public meeting on February 7, 2013 at the Community Center Dome at 6 pm to receive input about aquatics (pools, splashpad, small aquatic facilities) in Victoria. The consulting firm of Kimley-Horn will direct the meeting and discuss opportunities currently available, facility options and innovations, including a review of aquatic facilities in other communities. The purpose of this meeting is not to make decisions or present conceptual ideas, but rather to educate the attendees as to the many options available and receive input on the various conceptual options for aquatics.
