This Weeks Customer Service Hero is Brenda

This week's Post Acute Medical customer service hero is Brenda Donald.  She has been nominated for excellence in customer service at Victoria East High School.

Paige wrote:

"I would like to nominate Berenda Donald for her excellent customer service. She is the East High School secretary. The front office at East High School is very busy and she is the first person that greets you when you arrive. She makes you feel welcome. Each time I have needed assistance, she always smiles and helps me without complaint. I can tell she truly loves her job. I would like her to know that her positive attitude is noticed and appreciated."

KIXS 108 and Post Acute Medical surprised Brenda with a gift basket and certificate recognizing her excellence in customer service.
