The Victoria Bach Festival 2025 Ends Big This Friday
Known throughout Texas and beyond, the Victoria Bach Festival is quite famous for bringing incredible music talent to the Crossroads area and this year the powers that be behind Victoria Bach Fest went big and tomorrow at noon and at 7:30pm you can experience all of the goodness of good music during the Big Bang Drum Circle and Thus Blew the Shepard's Horn!
Friday, June 6th the Victoria Bach Festival kicks off their day at noon inside of the Victoria Public Library!
The Victoria Bach Festival is celebrating their 50th anniversary season in 2025!
Led by Artistic Director Alejandro Hernandez-Valdez, the Festival honors the work of J.S. Bach and composers spanning the ages.
Orchestral, choral, and chamber works are performed by local and nationally acclaimed artists in various venues in Victoria and South Texas.
This year was an especially emotional one, as Victoria Bach Festival along with several local nonprofits found themselves dedicating one of their evenings honoring a local community activist and dear friend, Robby Burdge who sadly passed away earlier this month.
How fitting that Friday night Bach will feature, "Thus Blew the Shepherd’s Horn" taking the stage at the Victoria Fine Arts Center at 7:30 PM, bringing together the full force of the Festival in one powerful, poignant performance.
"Expect stirring voices, sweeping soundscapes, and a celebration of music’s ability to move, heal, and inspire," Victoria Bach Festival offers.
