UPDATED: The new Dairy Treet on John Stockbauer will open today, according to a Facebook post. Dairy Treet posted this today and it quickly spread like wildfire on social media.

HOW IT ALL STARTED:

Dairy Treet, which initially opened in 1955 has announced is opening its second location tomorrow! Sixty-five years ago on a dirt road in what was considered the "end of town," Dairy Treet opened its doors on the corner of Laurent and Crestwood quickly becoming one of Victoria's favorite local hamburger joints, famous for its hand patted hamburger patties, golden crinkled fries, and homemade shakes.

 STOOD THE TEST OF TIME:
Two burger joints have stood the test of time and still stand today in Victoria, Dairy Treet, and Moo Moo.  Dairy Treet's 1st location is across the street from another Victoria icon, Dicks Food Store.  Alongside delicious burgers, Dairy Treet was privileged enough to serve the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley. Moo Moo now has two locations! Have you tried the M.O.A.B. ( Mother Of All Burgers)?

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE TOLBERTS ON THE NEW DAIRY TREET LOCATION AND DON'T FORGET TO SHOP LOCAL!

ANOTHER RESTAURANT OPENING SOON IN VICTORIA:
The new El Paso Taco and Tequila's Mexican Restaurant in downtown Victoria is opening next month, according to a Facebook post earlier this week.  The caption said, ' coming soon to Downtown Victoria in January 2022.'   Follow them for an official date opening post coming soon.
