You've got to love websites like Thrillist that conduct painstaking research to give us scorecards on important topics like economics, entertainment, and more importantly, food.
The site recently took a look at the 50 states and considered what exactly was each one's most important food innovation? Now, this doesn't necessarily mean that the particular food was first created there, but it refers to foods that the state made better. Check it out.
Here in Texas, there's not much doubt about what we do best. To quote article,
