The Texas Zoo has transformed into a Winter Wonderland for Christmas Nights this weekend!

It really is beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the Texas Zoo, especially this weekend for the last weekend of their wonderful winter wonderland during Christmas Nights at the Texas Zoo.

Bring your kids to see the Texas Zoo in a new light, under the Christmas lights, that is!

You are invited to Christmas Nights at the Texas Zoo, December 17th through the 19th from 6 to 9 pm.

The folks at the Texas Zoo have spent endless hours transforming the entire zoo into a lighted winter wonderland, an opportunity for you and your children to see the zoo at night as well as the opportunity to see some of our native nocturnal critters in their best light as well, while they play and go about their "day" in the evening.

Santa is here too! But that is not all!

You can take yourself and your family on a spin around the zoo while you ride on the Reindeer Express!

Be sure to check out all of the great booths from local businesses, the perfect time for some unique Christmas present shopping, and don't forget to vote for your favorite tree on the Trail of Trees too. It's an evening of Christmas cheer throughout the entire zoo.

The Texas Zoo is also offering Christmas stories every hour on the half-hour as well. Just another great opportunity to spend quality snuggle time with your kids.

And of course, Saint Nick will be at the Texas Zoo!

While you enjoy the zoo during evening hours, be sure to stop by and tell Santa everything on your list!

You'll be helping the zoo make sure they fill their animal wish lists too because all proceeds from Christmas Nights go directly back to the Texas Zoo animal residents and the Texas Zoo mission!
