This week we get to highlight a very special senior at East High School!

Mia De Los Santos is our Athlete AND Scholar of the Week and she is AWESOME!

As a senior at East High School, this Titan is a rock star in the classroom with a 3.9 GPA and on the diamond as a 4 year starter on the East Titan Softball team!

She was the offensive player of the year in district 29-5A last season as well as a Texas Girls Coach Association All Star!

One of the most impressive attributes about Mia is how she is able to balance the things she loves to do with a very busy schedule.

She is a student council class officer as well as a member of the National Honor Society, but she is also a part of the prestigious Rho Kappa Honor Society as well.

She was nominated for "demonstrating outstanding character and effort in everything she does."

Told you, she is a rockstar!
