Texas Woman Runs Over Man-Kisses Him Then Stabs Him

A horrific story coming from the Houston area! Ring footage obtained by  foxsanantonio.com and KTRK  shows a man, who was identified as Steven Anderson, walking down a street on May 3 to pick up his mail. A car then comes screeching into the frame and hits him. KTRK identified the driver of the vehicle as 20-year-old Karon Fisher.

The disturbing videos also shows the car reversing and hitting Anderson again. Fisher is then observed coming back to the scene and begins to straddle Anderson's body and kiss him, after which she stabs him nine times. She then walked away totally unbothered!

The Houston Police Department confirmed in a Facebook post that Fisher has been charged with murder and taken into custody. The news release says officers responded to reports of a person who failed to stop and render aid to another person outside a home in Houston.

A Houston Police Department K9 had just finished helping officers catch a robbery suspect, however, the dog was not finished working. According to KHOU, after the suspect was in custody, K9 Ronin led his handler back to help a little guy he'd spotted earlier while searching for the robber.
