Texas Welcomes the First Ever Hybrid IHOP-Applebee’s Restaurant

Two powerhouse restaurant brands have just collaborated and opened their first-ever location in Texas. IHOP and Applebee's now co-exist under the same roof in Seguin, Texas. The new concept opened on February 18 and will feature the menus of both establishments under one roof! In a statement, Dine Brands CEO John Peyton told

Seguin is actually a pretty cool place and features a Theme Park that many might not know about! First of all, it’s location is so unassuming that you wouldn’t expect to see it pop up in a small town. ZDT's Amusement park is located inside the Seguin city limit and even features a switchback roller-coaster. You can't see it from Interstate 10, so most people don't know it exists. You have to drive into Seguin on Kingsbury St. and you will soon start seeing a rollercoaster come into view in the middle of town. The roller coaster is really fun.
