Texas Concerned By Horrific 128% Increase Of Syphilis Cases in Houston
According to the Houston Health Department, Houston is experiencing a syphilis outbreak, with an astronomical increase of 128% among women in the city, and a ninefold increase in congenital cases in Houston.

Outbreak Reaching EPIC Proportions
The outbreak as reported by the Houston Health Department offers that with its phenomenal increase, the increase was 57% from 2019 to 2022, with 2,905 new infections in 2022, compared to 1,845 new infections in 2019.
