Authorities say a Texas teen was abducted at knifepoint and rescued after her father followed her phone’s location.

A 17-year-old boy was kidnapped, shot, and left for dead just outside of Leander, Texas.

The 12-year-old child was found however, the circumstances surrounding her disappearance and the dramatic chase created a startling situation.

This historically violent man was still on bond from a previous felony arrest after threatening young people.
