Thursday, July 27th at Texas Roadhouse, Victoria Police officers will be playing the part of wait staff, and all tips they receive will go to Special Olympics Texas

Police officers in Victoria and Corpus Christi are donating their time and their tip money to South Texas Special Olympics athletes. Tip money? Wait a minute, you say, cops don't get tips. They will tonight at Texas Roadhouse, because local police officers and Law Enforcement Torch Run members will be serving as waiters for tip money for the cause...

Victoria police officers will work a 5 to 9 p.m. shift Thursday at Texas Roadhouse, 4908 N. Navarro St., to support Special Olympics Texas athletes in the Victoria area.

Lauren Alaina has recorded and is releasing a cover of the festive classic 'Grown Up Christmas List.' The digital song will be available on iTunes on Dec. 10 and it's for a cause that is of critical importance to the singer.
