Bill Cosby--arguably one of America's most-beloved comedians/TV stars--is apparently coming back to the small screen, more than two decades after The Cosby Show left the primetime airwaves on NBC. Cosby is reportedly in talks with that same network to develop a new family comedy starring himself.
