I was looking at my "old" MySpace profile (who does that anymore?!), when I came across a photo I had taken some years back when we were living in Jonesboro, Arkansas. A brand-new Waffle House was being built, and it was getting close to being completed. The sign company contracted put up the signage was in the process of putting the diner's famous name up on the sides of the roof.

We all appreciate good service at a restaurant. A friendly, professional server makes the dining experience more pleasurable.
