National Night Out will be celebrated in Victoria on Oct. 7. National Night Out will kick off with a bang of entertainment this year. From magic shows and juggling to dancing by East and West High School's Ballet Foklorico groups, entertainment will be the focus of the annual event, which is hosted by the Victoria Police Department. The activities begins at noon at the Victoria Mall in front of Di
