The Refugio Country Opry is tonight at the Expo Center located at the Refugio County Fairgrounds.  The show starts earlier today at 6:45 to make room to award $4,500 in scholarships to the Refugio County graduates.  The cost is $5 at the door and the foot court opens at 5:30 with a full menu...
