It's official: Luke Bryan is a country music superstar. And while he admits that sometimes his rising fame means fans will go through his trash, it also means he sells a lot of albums. 'Crash My Party' has been certified Platinum by the RIAA just six weeks after being released on Aug. 13.

Luke Bryan joins a small group of country artists who've watched their new albums go Gold in the first week of sales. Actually, he joins just one other artist who has done it in the last five years.

Luke Bryan plays it safe on 'Crash My Party,' his new album and the follow-up to the tremendously successful 'Tailgates and Tanlines.' With the exception of the infusion of hip-hop on two songs, there is little to differentiate the two projects.

On Thursday (June 20), Luke Bryan gave viewers of the 'Today' show a sneak preview of his new music video for 'Crash My Party.'

Luke Bryan's new song 'Crash My Party' would fit well on his last album 'Tailgates and Tanlines.' The ballad is a continuation of themes introduced with 'I Don't Want This Night to End' and 'Drunk on You,' two No. 1 hits for the ACM Entertainer of the Year. At first listen, it's difficult to become excited about a song that's so familiar.

Luke Bryan has a big night coming up, as he's co-hosting the ACM Awards for the first time with fellow star Blake Shelton -- but he'll take a break from the clever banter to perform his brand new single, 'Crash My Party,' from his upcoming and highly anticipated fourth studio record.
