Bootfest will be back this fall with a new format that features more entertainment spread out over a wider area of Downtown Victoria.

Due to COVID concerns, the City of Victoria has announced Victoria's largest free festival, Bootfest, has been canceled for 2020.

We've heard it many times before. Someone complaing that "there's nothing to do in Victoria." Well to that I say hogwash! All you have to do is visit your favorite watering hole and you're sure to find live miusic from a multitude of talented artists...

Bootfest gets underway this weekend in Victoria, and with large crowds expected both Friday and Saturday, the city of has announced that some streets will be closed, and the city will be running special shuttle buses so you won't have top worry about downtown parking...

This weekend is Bootfest, Victoria's largest free festival of the year with anywhere from 20,000 to 30,000 people expected to attend and, in light of the recent mass shooting in Las Vegas, security is a high concern. Area law enforcement will be on alert and plans an active presence at the event...

Okay, so Victoria is not a huge metroplex. We get that but, there are some pretty cool things about our fair city that give it a notch or two up on the cool factor that you may not be aware of. According to the Matador Network, we have some things we can be proud of.
