blackmailed

Ok,  so it's not as bad as it sounds.  His cousin was trying to get back 50 cents Scotty borrowed.  So he started to blackmail him until he paid his debt.  It's actually pretty funny and I think that his cousin might have a role in some type of movie involving country folk...
