Behind The Scenes Of Midland's Sold-Out Show In Victoria

Sometimes being at the right place at the right time pays off in your favor, and here is an example! In the spring of 2020, Midland was in the midst of their "Road to The Rodeo Tour," which just happened to have shows scheduled at the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo and Rodeo Houston.

Midland added an extra show in Victoria

Midland performed in San Antonio on Thursday, February 20, 2020, and was scheduled to play Rodeo Houston on Tuesday, March 3rd. Which means, they were in the area and had an open Monday on their calendar the day before their Houston performance. The stars aligned perfectly, and Schroeder Hall was able to book Midland for an intimate show on Monday, March 2, 2020, at the second-oldest dancehall in Texas.

Midland performed a sold-out show on a Monday night in Victoria

At the time of this show, Midland was on fire and was riding their success of their now iconic song, "Drinking Problem." Of course, Schroeder Hall was SOLD OUT!

It was incredible - a sold-out country show in Victoria on a Monday night! I am not sure what the exact capacity is at Schroeder Hall is, but I am gonna guess that number was passed on that night.
