Just last night, I was scrolling through my feed, and I saw that Schroeder Hall has just been listed on the market. So I reached out to Corri Urban from Shaw Realty in Victoria to get more information.

Schroeder Hall is in pristine condition and ready to be sold.

Corri confirmed that the hall is turnkey and ready to be sold. As many of you know, the entire venue, inside and out, was updated before they closed their doors back in 2022. So the hall is in pristine condition with kitchen and electrical upgrades and so much more.

Sound system and lighting come with the hall.

The hall will also come with the line array sound system and stage lighting as well. You are also getting so much music history, including the wall of autographs in the loading area, which includes an autograph for a young and coming artist by the name of Cody Johnson back in 2011.

There is so much history within the walls of Schroeder Hall. My absolute favorite part of Schroeder Hall is the back wall with all the autographs. The amount of musical history on those walls is absolutely incredible Including the spot where Charlie Robison, may he rest in peace, bumped his head on the low ceiling on his way to take the Schroeder Stage.
