As reported by Crossroads Today, A flood warning has just been issued for the Guadalupe River new Bloomington!   From late Monday night until further notice. At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 9.5 feet. Flood stage is 20.0 feet. Minor flooding is forecast. Forecast...The river will rise to 13.3 feet early Sunday afternoon. It will then fall to 13.2 feet and begin rising again Sunday evening.

It will rise above flood stage early Tuesday morning and continue to rise to 23.8 feet Wednesday morning. It will then fall again but remain above flood stage. Impact...At 24.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding occurs, with the river reaching well into the flood plain. Any oil tank batteries, pump jacks, and secondary roads near the river may be flooded Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 23.7 feet on 10/29/2015.
