Register for the “Parade That Never Was”

Warrior's Weekend is presenting "The Parade That Never Was," honoring Vietnam veterans, at 10 a.m. Oct. 13 in downtown Victoria. Vietnam veterans and veterans from the Vietnam era, as well as Gold Star families who lost loved ones in the Vietnam War, are invited to participate in the parade.

A luncheon for the Vietnam Veterans, their spouses and Gold Star families will immediately follow the parade, says the Victoria Advocate. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Victoria Community Center, 2905 E. North St.
