Our Lady of Victory School competed at the 2012 Private Schools Interscholastic Association state meet on April 28 at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. According to the Victoria Advocate, state medalists are, front row, from left,  Kelsey Ellett, sixth grade, third in maps, graphs and charts; Alisa Novosad, sixth grade, fifth in poetry interpretation; Alex Corpuz, sixth grade, third in spelling and fifth in on-site drawing; middle row, from left, are Pranav Jain, fifth grade, sixth in music memory; Andres Ramos, third grade, fifth in music memory; Seth Theriot, fifth grade, tied for sixth in place in listening skills and spelling; Shubham Kathpalia, sixth grade, third in number sense; back row, from left, are Logan Rivera, sixth grade, tied for sixth place in science; Joel Stevens, eighth grade, sixth in on-site drawing; and Andrew Bernhard, eighth grade, third in science and sixth in number sense. This year more than 130 private schools across Texas competed in the PSIA state meet. Our Lady of Victory placed seventh in the Junior High Division.
