
North Texas Sam’s Club Opens With No Cashiers-All Digital
A Sam's Club in Grapevine has just opened up and it has an all new concept! It will be the first to use new “scan and go” technology. This means you will go in shop and scan your on the App and then walk out. That's it! What do you think about this new technology? This Sam’s Club in Grapevine was damaged by a tornado in 2022 and has been "refurbished" to the new Scan and Go! WFAA reports...
“Grapevine will serve as an innovation center to test new initiatives, both technology and non-technology, from which Sam’s Club will apply learnings at current and future clubs,” Sam’s Club said in a statement.
According to the article, The store has also been reworked with more space, increased pickup parking (32 dedicated parking spots compared to the standard 14-16 at most clubs), more exit areas and more. It’s expected to have 270 associates.

HEB HAS ISSUED A NEW WAY TO PAY:
The rollout has already started and with the new technology, customers will allowed to make purchases via Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay at its flagship stores.
