No One’s Christmas Tree Is More Texan Than Mine
No one's Christmas tree is more Texan than mine, especially now that I've found these truly Texas ornaments. If I had a Christmas tree this year that is!
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas everywhere I go, especially because I have some of the most overly motivated, overly decorating, overly caffeinated friends in the state.
Seriously, do you have your Christmas tree up yet? Because it's ONLY the Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday and most of my friends are already DONE decorating for the holidays!
And if you're one of "those" who have also finished their Christmas shopping before the first day of December, I say...
Not that I got that out of my system...
Texas Tree Trimmings include Bandanas!
My one saving grace every year is that I have a truly Texas Christmas tree, tons of Texas-themed ornaments, rope and bandana trimmings, and yep, even my Christmas angel wears a cowgirl hat.
However, this Christmas you won't see any of it because we rescued two kittens last year and within minutes after putting our Christmas tree up they got themselves completely tangled in the lights and we had to cut them out of the lights to save their tiny little kitten lives.
But, if we were going to have a tree this year, it would be the ultimate Texas Christmas tree because we found even more quintessential Texas ornaments to add for one year when I stop rescuing animals.
Nothing says Christmas in Texas like these ornaments!
