New Exhibit at Children’s Discovery Museum

Thursday-Friday from 9 a.m.to 3 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m.to 3 p.m. the Children’s Discovery Museum of the Golden Crescent in partnership with Mitchell Guidance Center present "Texas Our Texas". Texas heritage organizations will set up camps and artifact displays to share their skills and knowledge of various aspects of Texas history including: Texas Rangers; Buffalo Soldiers; Camel Corp; pioneer women; Native Americans; cowboys and more. Snacks and gift shop items will be available to purchase. Thursday and Friday are reserved for student field trips. Saturday is open to the public. Admission is $3.50 for students and $5 for general admission.
