Miranda Lambert Calls Out Audience Talking During ‘Tin Man’ Performance [Watch]
Miranda Lambert is known for her tough exterior and sassy spirit and she showed it in full force at a recent show.
Lambert was playing a gig at Joe's Bar in Chicago in preparation for her Highway Vagabond Tour when in the middle of the performance of her song "Tin Man," one of the most poignant tracks off her new album, The Weight of These Wings, the country star notices that while some fans are singing along, other members of the crowd are talking rather loudly, so much so that she has to stop and address it. "I hear talking. I'm like literally out here with my diary for y'all to read. Sorry," she says to the crowd, who cheer in support of her honesty. Audience-goers immediately quiet down after the Grammy Award-winning singer calls out their behavior during her performance.

Before starting to play the song, Lambert admitted that this was the first time she was playing the track for an audience. "I've never sang this song in front of people so I don't really know if it's going to work out. I really appreciate y'all and putting up with my shit tonight," she says.
