Mike Gonzalez Cancels Weekend Show Due to Health Scare

Mike Gonzalez is currently one of the hottest names in Tejano music. Over the weekend, Mike Gonzalez and the Iconiczz were scheduled to perform at The Soul of South Texas Summer Concert Series in San Benito on Saturday night. Hours before the performance, he posted a video to social media about canceling his show, citing a health problem. The Homeboyz stepped up and performed in their spot.

Mike Gonzalez signs with the Legendry Freddie Records. 

This is the first time in his storied career that he has canceled a show. While Mike did not specify what the health issue was. We wish him a speedy recovery. This includes his time that he played with his legendary father, Jimmy Gonzalez, may he rest in peace. Jimmy Gonzalez played his final show-ever in Victoria at the Victoria Community Center Dome on Saturday, June 2, 2018.
