Matthew Fox Has Bloody Confrontation with Female Bus Driver

Matthew Fox was handcuffed and detained, but not formally arrested, for an altercation with a female bus driver in Cleveland, Ohio Saturday night.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Fox had tried to enter a party bus upon leaving an area bar, even though he wasn’t on the bus’ guest list.

Apparently, the ‘Lost’ star’s heartthrob status held no sway with the female bus driver, who forbid him from entering the vehicle. According to Heather Borman, who also spoke to TMZ, Fox was too drunk to heed her call to vacate. She said he “leaned in and started punching my crotch and breast” when she kept insisting that he did. Borman says she then swung back, noting, “I took one hand to his jaw and he was spitting blood. He stumbled backwards.”

Borman, who is meeting with prosecutors, is considering pressing charges against the 45-year old actor.
