Martin De Leon Symposium on the Humanities

The 29th Annual Martin De Leon Symposium on the Humanities will be at the UHV Lounge,
2705 Houston Hwy in Victoria on Saturday, September 19th at 2pm. Sponsored by the DeLeon Club of Victoria and UHV, this year's topic will be "The Latino Experience in World War II".  Paula Portales will speak on Tejana Women involvement in the War.  Mario Longoria will address Mexico's 201st Fighter Squadron in the War.

Open to the public. Admission is free.
